1. 512Hz Transmitter for Precise Positioning & Tracking
This pipeline inspection robot comes with a built-in 512Hz signal transmitter and matching receiver, enabling accurate location pinpointing and real-time tracking inside underground pipelines and narrow confined crawl spaces.
2. 4WD Four-Wheel Motor Drive, All-Terrain Adaptability
Adopting independent four-wheel motor drive, the sewer inspection crawler supports three adjustable speeds: high, medium and low. Custom contoured anti-slip tires deliver powerful traction and stable movement, perfectly adapting to slippery surfaces, ductwork and hard-to-access confined crawl spaces for full-range pipeline inspections.
3. Dual 2MP Cameras with 360° HD Rotation & Auto Recording
Equipped with switchable front and rear 2MP HD dual cameras, the camera lifting height ranges from 190mm to 335mm. The lens rotates 360° horizontally and 180° vertically. Built-in meter counter and DVR recording function are standard.
6 LED fill lights on the front and 2 on the rear with adjustable brightness capture sharp, detailed footage even in dimly lit pipes.
Suitable for pipe inner diameters between 300mm (11.8in) and 1500mm (59.1in), ideal for municipal pipeline maintenance, large industrial pipeline surveys and mine internal inspections.
4. Intuitive User Interface & Simple Operation
A pre-installed control tablet is included with the inspection robot, featuring a straightforward graphical interface for effortless navigation and robot control. The full-metal cable winch supports automatic cable rewinding for neat, hassle-free cable storage.
5. Full Metal Corrosion-Resistant Body & Long Service Life
The unit features an anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion all-metal housing with IP68 full waterproof rating. Matched with special stretch-resistant and corrosion-proof cables, it maintains stable, reliable performance under harsh working conditions.
Widely used in engineering and industrial scenarios to detect pipe cracks, blockages and sewage buildup, safeguarding pipeline safety and normal operation.
6. Portable Trolley Design with Dual-Unit Meter Counter
Fitted with a retractable trolley pull rod for easy transportation. The industrial-grade flexible fiberglass push rod cable boasts high tensile strength and outstanding bendability, fitting all types of work sites.
The meter counter simultaneously displays measurements in both metric meters and imperial feet, with one-touch data clearing function.
